A healthy technology training for parents, teachers, caregivers, and concerned community members to learn about digital addiction and how it’s impacting our health and wellbeing. The training will focus on current technology-use trends, the effects of screen use on the brain, and strategies to help children, teens, and adults manage their screen use in a healthy way.
