I believe that being a therapist is not only a vocation but a calling. Nothing energizes my soul more than equipping people with skills to help them unlock their full potential; to discover the unique gifts that God has given them.

I’ve been blessed with amazing experiences working alongside children and families from a wide variety of backgrounds. I am committed to providing a safe, non-judgmental and compassionate environment where individuals can feel open to address issues and meet personal goals. In my spare time I enjoy spending time with my family and traveling.

Areas of Interest: Depressive disorders, anxiety disorders, self-esteem, ADHD, oppositional defiant/behavioral disorders, divorce, self-injurious behaviors, autism spectrum disorders, attachment disorders, grief, and loss. Works with individuals ages 12 and up.

Education & Experience:  Master of Social Work degree – University of North Dakota. Bachelor of Social Work degree – Minnesota State University Moorhead. Additional training in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, SPARCS (Structured Psychotherapy for Adolescents Responding to Chronic Stress), and the Kazdin Method. Experience in inpatient psychiatric hospital, day treatment programs, group home and outpatient counseling centers. 10+ years experience.
