This 10-week program, facilitated by Mikayla Hankey, RD, is designed to bring renewal in your relationship with food and connection with a supportive community rooted in God’s truth.
Over the weeks, content will be focused on:
- Discovering the beauty of your unique creation and purpose in Him
- Cultivating a healthy body image
- Practicing mindful eating rooted in faith
- Experiencing the peace of freedom in your identity in Christ
